Terms of Use
These terms apply to the practice test site at theprojectplanroom.com (including the former address psp-exam-prep.dcesmllc.com), run by DCESM L.L.C. under the name The Project Plan Room ("we", "us"). By using an account created for you when you joined the community, or by signing in, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What this is - and is not
This is independent exam study material. The practice tests on this site are not the AACE International exam. They are original practice items written to AACE's published exam outline; they are not actual exam questions and do not come from any exam.
No guarantee. Using this site does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or earn any certification. Practice scores do not predict your exam result.
Not affiliated with AACE International. The Project Plan Room is not affiliated with, produced by, reviewed by or endorsed by AACE International. AACE alone decides eligibility, exam content, scheduling, scoring and the award of any certification. Certification names are used only to describe which exam a practice test is written for. Confirm the current rules on the AACE website before you apply or book.
2. Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in. The account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the old one. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to copy the material.
3. Free accounts, memberships and access
When you ask to join The Project Plan Room community on Skool and give your email in the membership questions, we create a free account on this site for that email and send you a sign-in email. Accounts are created only this way; you cannot sign up on this site directly. A free account opens a free sample of each open practice test, including one free practice test on each open practice test each calendar month (Pacific time). We record each free test on our servers, and a free test does not reset if you leave and rejoin the community. A free account also opens the XER Viewer and Lookahead Builder with one saved project at a time: you can keep working on that project for as long as you have the account, and you can delete it and start another, but a second saved project alongside it needs Premium or VIP.
Unlimited practice test access comes with a paid membership tier in the community on Skool: Premium unlocks unlimited practice tests for the Technician and Professional levels and VIP unlocks every practice test. These are practice tests, not certification courses. When you join or upgrade, access on this site turns on automatically for the email on your Skool account and stays on while your membership is active. We check memberships against Skool at least once a month; access ends after a membership is cancelled, downgraded or not renewed, and we may end it sooner if a payment is refunded or reversed. Payment, renewals, cancellations, receipts and refunds are handled by Skool under the terms shown when you join or upgrade. Access codes, if we give you one, are for your own use; sharing one is a breach of these terms. Creating extra accounts to get more free practice tests is also a breach of these terms.
4. What you may do with the material
You may use the practice tests and study material for your own personal study. You may not copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, publish, sell, share or give away the lessons, questions, answers, explanations or other material on this site, or use them to build another course, test bank or product.
5. Member profiles and conduct
If you share a profile or a score, you are responsible for what you post. Keep it accurate - do not claim certifications you do not hold - and keep it lawful and professional. Do not post anything offensive, harassing, misleading or sexual, other people's personal information, advertising or spam, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Do not post or share actual exam questions or other confidential exam content from any certification exam you have taken, on this site or in the community.
By sharing a profile you let us show it to other signed-in members as you have chosen. You can switch sharing off or delete your profile at any time. We may hide or remove any profile or content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
6. The community
The free community on Skool is also governed by Skool's own terms and rules.
7. Disclaimers
The site and its practice tests are provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date as AACE changes its exams. It is study material, not professional, legal or career advice. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees, lost time or lost opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
9. Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for a breach of these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 11 continue after access ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change is significant we will also tell members by email or on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
