These terms apply to the course site at theprojectplanroom.com (including the former address psp-exam-prep.dcesmllc.com), run by The Project Plan Room ("we", "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What this is - and is not
This is independent exam study material. The practice tests on this site are not the AACE International exam. They are original practice items written to AACE's published exam outline; they are not actual exam questions and do not come from any exam.
No guarantee. Using this course does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or earn any certification. Practice scores do not predict your exam result.
Not affiliated with AACE International. The Project Plan Room is not affiliated with, produced by, reviewed by or endorsed by AACE International. AACE alone decides eligibility, exam content, scheduling, scoring and the award of any certification. Certification names are used only to describe what the course prepares for. Confirm the current rules on the AACE website before you apply or book.
2. Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in. The account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the old one. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to copy the course.
3. Purchases and access
Each course is a separate purchase that unlocks that course for your account for as long as we offer it. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled under the terms shown on the checkout page you bought through. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, access to that course ends.
4. What you may do with the material
You may use the course for your own personal study. You may not copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, publish, sell, share or give away the lessons, questions, answers, explanations or other course material, or use them to build another course or product.
5. Member profiles and conduct
If you share a profile or a score, you are responsible for what you post. Keep it accurate - do not claim certifications you do not hold - and keep it lawful and professional. Do not post anything offensive, harassing, misleading or sexual, other people's personal information, advertising or spam, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Do not post or share actual exam questions or other confidential exam content from any certification exam you have taken, on this site or in the community.
By sharing a profile you let us show it to other signed-in members as you have chosen. You can switch sharing off or delete your profile at any time. We may hide or remove any profile or content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
6. The community
The free community on Skool is also governed by Skool's own terms and rules.
7. Disclaimers
The course is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date as AACE changes its exams. It is study material, not professional, legal or career advice. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees, lost time or lost opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for a breach of these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 11 continue after access ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change is significant we will also tell members by email or on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
